Keeping our customers’ data private, safe, and secure is core to our business and our company values.Our cloud application is hosted by Amazon Web Services and their secure, U.S.-based storage facilities which have the highest level of certifications including ISO 27001 and SOC.


We use multiple safeguards to reduce the risk of the inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information including two-factor authentication and bank-level security including 256-bit encryption and rotating encryption keys to make sure that your data stored securely.

Any personally-identifiable information (PII) is hashed and is encrypted when in-transit and at rest and delivered via SSL. The service is only accessible via HTTPS, and all certificates are verified.

No sensitive data is ever visible to any TrustedHeir employees or estate planners, and we will never share your information with any third-party services.


Our data is stored redundantly across multiple AWS data centers to maintain availability should any one data center fail. Data is backed up daily for a swift recovery in the event of an unexpected failure.

Physical Security

Payment Processing
